Protection from Swing Flu Without Hazards of Vaccinations
While you should check with your doctor on all health care advice here are some tips ( passed on to me from Ian Abramson of International Loss Prevention Systems) from Dr. Vinay Goyal (www.livewellamerica.org) that could prove to be invaluable in protecting yourself from this virus.
- Keep your hands off your face -- " unless you you want to eat, bathe, -- or -- slap.
- Gargle twice a day with warm salt water -- or a product called " Listeri".
- Clean nostrils at least twice a day with warm salt water.
- Eat a lot of citrus fruits. They are rich in Vitamin C.
- Drink as many warm fluids as you can. This forces viruses into your stomach where they can not survive.
