Could others be tracking your movements unnoticed by you? These persons could be anybody: criminals, private investigators, business competitors, even, in some cases employers. It's really quite easy for them to do, but there are countermeasures you can take.
One of these countermeasures are check the rear tail lights on your vehicle once in a while. Sometimes surveillance operatives will drill small holes in your lights to make your vehicle easier to follow at night; that small hole will emit a small bright white light that can be easily seen from quite far away.
Anothersurveillance countermeasure is to have your local mechanic put the vehicle up on a hoist periodically (or regularly) and check for any GPS components have been attached somewhere underneath.
Still another measure is to vary the times and routes of your travels. Surveillance operatives could follow you from the time you leave home -- or they just might wait for you somewhere along the route to habitually take and follow you from there.
If you are in a situation or profession where you are subjected to these types of threats these types of countermeasures can help to thwart surveillance efforts.
