Three Stress Fighting Strategies

According to Dr. Oz, today on his television show, people typically react to stress in three different ways -- and there are three ways to cope with it.

On his show today he had an Alternative Health stress expert  who explained, illustrated by the experiences of three different women, that people will blowup like a volcano when put through a series of stressful moments like having to wait in lines or in traffic throughout the day; simmer slowly from continual exposure to stress throughout the day, such as the teacher who taught 20 young people during the day then came home and had to care for four young children; or bottle up the stress and keep it all internalized, like the housewife who made up the third member of his panel, who bottle up stress created by a hectic schedule.

In the end all suffered from pains or cramps as well a other reactions to the stress pressure cooker.

The remedy for the lady suffering volcanic symptoms of stressful conditions  is to take a shot of  Siberian Ginseng before or after enduring stressful conditions  (The bottle is a good size to easily carry around in your purse or briefcase.), for the simmering lady t  he remedy is  1,000 mg of Vitamin C. first thing in the morning; and for the third lady, 5-10- drops of Passion Flowers drops each day.

Dr. Oz's expert assured listeners that these three alternative health care products will help you to deal with all types of stressful conditions.

That is much better than resorting to alcohol or pharmaceutical remedies -- which often create more problems than stress does.
