Protect The Young in High Rises

If you're creative and have the resources you might be able to prevent young children from being injured or killed in falls from high-rise balconies.

A recent  newspaper article highlighted this danger in article that reported some hundreds of young people are killed or injured in such falls from high-rise apartment buildings or condominiums.

Something that might help prevent such tragedies would be a type of safety harness used (or should be used) by construction workers when they are working on buildings of more than one floor. These are usually safety lines that the worker buckles.

It should't be too hard to design such a thing that could be adjustable to fit children of all ages to wear when they are playing on high rise balconies.

Why not look it developing such a thing if you have the resources to design and market such a life-saving device?
