Read Your Labels!

Play detective with food labels checking them carefully before tossing anything into the shopping cart at the supermarket -- or even  an organic grocer.


The importance of this was driven home the other when my wife  just could not sleep no matter what she tried until the wee hours of the morning. She didn't discover what had kept  her awake until the next morning when she discovered that the  the two large glasses of  of "organic" fruit juice she had consumed not too long before going to bed  was laced with a substantial amount of caffeine.  Any caffeine always plays havoc with her sleep when she drinks it too late in the day.


So always check your labels, if possible as carefully as a background investigator if you are on any type of restricted diet. And don't be afraid to contact the packing or importer direct if you have any questions.
