Protect yourself from frustration when working on your next project with others by remembering -- and putting into practice -- the ideas in this quote by Edmund Burke 18th- Century British Stateman as quoted in The Leader's Digest by Jim Clemmer:
He said: " No men can act with effect who do not act in concert; no men can act in concert who do not act with confidence; no men can act in confidence who are not bound together with common opinions, common affections and common interests."
We have seen recently how American leaders from both the Republican and Democratic parties achieve in this is finding some measure of success to the American debt crises. Hopefully they will continue to do this.
This, of course, is the road to success in all human activities from the family level right on up to the national and international levels.
It would be good for all of us to keep this in mind and -- practice -- this principles in our family, social, and business activities more often.
